The Gregorian Chant School

The Gregorian Chant School, now in its ninth edition, consists of a series of study and in-depth courses of the greatest European musical and cultural heritage, as well as the own singing of the Roman Catholic Church. The initiative, launched on a national scale, boasts prestigious sponsorships and responds to a growing demand for art and beauty to which AERCO Academy, in collaboration with the professional ensemble Cantori Gregoriani and with internationally renowned guest teachers, has responded by activating various initiatives both online and in person. The proposal - addressed in particular to choir directors, organists and singers - intends to deal in a systematic and rigorous way with the ancient manuscript sources of Gregorian Chant. Ample space will also be reserved for executive practice and group exercises in the presence, without however renouncing the integrated digital teaching method: the project is based on mixed teaching, guaranteeing to follow the students also in the remote mode through activities suggested by the teachers. which will be appropriately discussed both individually and in groups.
