Giuseppe Domenico Rovitto is a human resources expert, trainer and coach with a career spanning over three decades in the world of training, consulting and organisational management. Born in Senise (PZ) and currently residing in Rimini, he now works with Eu-tropia as a consultant, coach and trainer, bringing with him a wealth of professional experience.After graduating in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Milan, with a research thesis in General Sociology carried out in Berlin, he embarked on a path of continuous learning, participating in numerous advanced courses at SDA Bocconi and other prestigious institutions.During his career, he has held positions of great responsibility, including Head of Human Resources for the regional offices of Poste Italiane from 2001 to 2024, and previously as Head of Assessment and Development at ATM Milan. In these roles, he coordinated activities that are fundamental to organisations, such as personnel planning, training, safety, organisationaldevelopment and internal communication.In the previous years, between 1987 and 1996, he worked as a freelancer, providing training, consulting projects and human resources assessment systems. He has also collaborated with numerous Italian universities, including La Sapienza in Rome, the University of Bologna and the University of Milan, both as a lecturer and as an expert in occupational and organisationalpsychology.Rovitto has combined his professional activity with a solid editorial output, publishing articles, essays and books on the topics of work, training and human relations. His most recent books include Il Belpensante (2022), Grammatica delle solitudini condivise (2021) and Relazioni (2018), texts that reflect his profound and humanistic vision of the world of work and organisations.With a good knowledge of English and French and a solid classical education, Giuseppe Domenico Rovitto continues to work passionately in the field of people and organisational development, always keeping a close eye on social and cultural changes. He sings in the choirs Carla Amori and Amintore Galli in Rimini.
